Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Match candidates with job opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and overall fit.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process and assignment preparation.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and field employees throughout the hiring process.
• Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date.
• Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

Required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance for local client visits.

Preferred

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant operations, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruiting software.
