Job Description: D.R. Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Restoration Technician to join our team in Easton, MA. In this role, you will lead on-site restoration projects from start to finish, specializing in mold remediation and water damage mitigation. You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate tasks, and ensure that every job is handled with thorough precision, adhering to strict industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Supervise: Oversee on-site restoration technicians and laborers, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and safety on every job.
- Project Execution: Perform and direct comprehensive mold remediation, water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services for residential and commercial properties.
- Assessment & Documentation: Conduct thorough assessments of damage, document moisture readings, track equipment usage, and maintain detailed job records.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, communicating openly and professionally with homeowners and business owners to explain processes and reassure them during stressful situations.
- Equipment Management: Operate, maintain, and manage specialized restoration equipment, including our advanced Odor Removal tools (CLO2 & T.A.V.S. Technology).
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work follows strict industry standards and OSHA guidelines to protect your team, the client, and the environment.
- Vehicle & Supply Maintenance: Ensure work vehicles are fully stocked, clean, and organized with the necessary equipment and products for each project.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in water mitigation and mold remediation.
- Leadership: Previous supervisory or team lead experience in the restoration industry is required.
- Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) are required. Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) or Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of mold clean-up, water damage restoration, and the safe handling of cleaning products/chemicals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics), and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
