Bench Carpenter / Millwork Carpenter with three years minimum experience.


\nCompany Description

We are a christian based company looking for a skilled and dependable Bench Carpenter to join our millwork team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and wood components from shop drawings and specifications.

This position requires someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while meeting production schedules.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Build custom cabinets, casework, panels, trim, and architectural millwork.
Perform accurate measuring, cutting, fitting, assembly, and installation preparation.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
Work with plywood, hardwoods, veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, and other millwork materials.
Assemble and fit components to tight tolerances.
Install hardware, hinges, slides, pulls, and other components.
Sand, prepare, and finish components as required.
Inspect completed work for quality, dimensions, fit, and appearance.
Identify and correct defects or discrepancies before work leaves the shop.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company quality-control procedures and production schedules.
