Location: This is a Home Health CNA/CHHA Position - One on One Care in the Clients Home located in Chino
Start : Immediately
Care Unlimited Health Services seeks a Certified Nurses Assistance (CNA) to work as an integral part of our Home Healthcare team. In this role, he/she will provide direct and continuous care to the patient according to the medical plan of treatment and nursing care plan.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess good assessment skills and also have an empathetic personality
Basic documentation with computer skills, must have the ability to travel to the patient’s home
Current California State CNA Licensure, CPR Certificate, Negative TB Test Result Documentation
Responsibilities
Provide shift care in accordance with the written plan of treatment
Document in accordance with Care Unlimited guidelines and established time frames
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and behavior
