• Pay Rate: Up to $21 per hour.

• Schedule: 30-40 hours; Full-time, Part-time.

Right at Home Denville is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team. You will provide essential personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence. • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification (required)

• Minimum 1 year of previous caregiving experience preferred

• Ability to pass background check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends, evenings, and occasional last-minute shifts

• Reliability and punctuality in attending assigned shifts

• Professionalism when interacting with clients, families, and team members

• Willingness to follow care plans and agency protocols
