Paid CNA Training Program – Work While You Train!

The Gardens at Easton is hiring part-time Dietary Aides, Cooks, and Housekeeping Assistants who are interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Start working before class begins, earn a paycheck, gain valuable healthcare experience, and transition into our PDE-approved CNA Training Program at The Gardens at Easton.

CNA Program Details

Training Location: The Gardens at Easton – Easton, PA

Upcoming Class Dates: September 14 – September 30

Class Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

• Attendance is mandatory

• Any missed class time will result in automatic failure of the program

Classroom Access

• Classroom available daily from 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Hybrid CNA Training Program (PDE Approved)

Our program combines online learning with hands-on instruction to prepare you for CNA certification.

• Day 1: 4 hours of in-person classroom instruction

• 26 hours of virtual lecture content through Google Classroom

  • Accessible during classroom hours (1:00 PM–9:30 PM)

• Physical textbooks, workbooks, and lab supplies provided

• 30 hours of in-person lab training

• 38 hours of in-person clinical training

Please note: Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) regulations require all lab and clinical training to be completed in person. These hours cannot be completed virtually.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be hired as a part-time employee at The Gardens at Easton before the class begins

• Must have reliable transportation

Work Before You Train

While waiting for your CNA class to start, you'll work part-time in one of the following departments:

Dietary Aide / Cook

• Shifts available between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Weekend availability required

Housekeeping

• Shifts available between 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
