Travel Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP)- Long Term Care (LTC) (Days)

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP)- Long Term Care (LTC) for a 13-week travel assignment in Hondo, TX.

Contract Details
  • M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM
  • Start Date: 9/14/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location: Hondo, TX
  • Hourly Pay: $ 31.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $2176.00
  • Non-billable: 8 hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines.

Compensation:

  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  • Pay package details provided upon offer


Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of SLP experience
  • Must have LTC or Rehab experience
  • New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
  • TX State License or Compact required
  • Must be CCC certified SLP
  • 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
  • Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
  • Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

  • Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  • Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
