Cathedral Health Care Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our wonderful team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, providing exceptional care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Available Shifts:
6a-6p Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Mon 2p-10p, Thurs 2p-10p, Fri 2p-10p
Thursday 6p-6a
PRN: Flexible availability for all shifts
CNA Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic support, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and more.
Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while following the established Care Plan.
Encourage residents to participate in daily activities according to their Care Plans.
Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.
Foster respectful and supportive interactions with residents, families, and fellow staff members.
Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve Care Plan objectives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, obtained through a state-approved training program.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to provide documentation of CNA certification upon application.
