Location: Cathedral Health Care Center, Jasper, IN

Exciting News: Competitive Pay Rates Now Starting at $19+/hour! $2 shift diff 2pm - 10pm; $2 shift diff 10p-6a; Weekend Option Shift Differential $4.50 6am-2pm; $6.50 2pm-10pm; $6.50 10pm - 6am

Cathedral Health Care Center is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our wonderful team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the daily lives of our residents, providing exceptional care as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Available Shifts:

  • 6a-6p Friday, Saturday, Sunday

  • Mon 2p-10p, Thurs 2p-10p, Fri 2p-10p

  • Thursday 6p-6a

  • PRN: Flexible availability for all shifts

CNA Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive care to residents with diverse needs, including therapeutic support, neuro and dementia care, dialysis, IV therapy, wound care, and more.

  • Deliver nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of each resident.

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene, while following the established Care Plan.

  • Encourage residents to participate in daily activities according to their Care Plans.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team to support care initiatives.

  • Foster respectful and supportive interactions with residents, families, and fellow staff members.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve Care Plan objectives.

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required, obtained through a state-approved training program.

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to provide documentation of CNA certification upon application.

  • Work Environment:

  • Long-term care facility

  • Nursing home setting

  • In-person position
