About the Opportunity:

A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility maintenance, and preventative maintenance across its Livonia operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can troubleshoot CNC machinery, conventional machines, forklifts, and plant equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair CNC and conventional production machines
• Perform electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs
• Complete preventative maintenance on production machines and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, PM activity, and equipment condition
• Check and maintain hydraulic, lube, coolant, and concentration levels
• Support inventory control for coolants, oils, and related maintenance supplies
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on forklifts and floor washers
• Handle general building maintenance including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and plant requirements

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience repairing production machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC equipment
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic schematics
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• Forklift maintenance and repair experience preferred
• Ability to read technical manuals and equipment diagrams
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to support facility needs as they come up
