Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse and other healthcare team members
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
