Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill is under new management and seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of healthcare professionals in Pleasant Hill, MO. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation

• Assisting with mealtime routines, including feeding and hydration

• Participating in resident care planning and implementations

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their Physical, Emotional, and Social needs are met

• Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain open and effective communication with family members and other stakeholders

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, quality, and customer service

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work rotating weekends and variable shifts

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
