You pull lumber from a fast-moving conveyor, read the size and grade markings at a glance, and stack precisely where each board belongs. Safety is second nature, teamwork is constant, and productivity is the heartbeat of the sawmill floor.
- Sort boards from a high-speed conveyor by size and markings with accuracy and urgency.
- Lift, stack, push, and pull lumber for the full shift while following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with a tight-knit crew committed to safety, quality, and pace.
- Starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
- Four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
