Maintenance Technician

$25 - $35 hourly

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting

• Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions

• Communicate effectively with property managers, residents, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements

• Manage your schedule efficiently to balance planned maintenance and urgent repair requests

• Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress as needed

• Recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep

• Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion

• Order materials and replace damaged parts of the property

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Consistently use electronic management software

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience in performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting

• Ability to inspect properties regularly and proactively address maintenance needs

• Proven track record of responding promptly to maintenance requests and ensuring timely, high-quality resolutions

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with property managers, residents, and team members

• Ability to manage your schedule efficiently, balancing planned maintenance and urgent repair requests

• Experience in maintaining accurate records of completed work and reporting on project progress

• Ability to recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep, enhancing overall efficiency and safety of the properties we manage
