Assistant Maintenance / Central Supply
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Central Supply Technician to manage medical and operational supplies, support clinical teams, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. As an Assistant Maintenance / Central Supply, you will be responsible for maintaining par levels of supplies and equipment, tracking inventory, and preparing purchase orders. Responsibilities:
• Maintain par levels of supplies and equipment across units
• Receive, inspect, store, and distribute supplies according to facility protocols
• Track inventory, prepare purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
• Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficiency and safety
• Assist with equipment maintenance and identify defective items
• Deliver emergency supplies to units as needed
• Support staff training and ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
• Participate in audits, surveys, and other compliance activities

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in healthcare supply or inventory management preferred
• Basic computer skills for tracking and ordering
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and safely move supplies and equipment
