Shift: Monday Friday | 4:00 PM 12:30 AM (Enjoy your mornings free!)

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunitymeaning you get a clear path to a permanent role complete with top-tier benefits,PTO, and long-term career growth.

• Assemble & Build: Construct circuit boards and electronic devices using hand and small power tools.

• Read the Blueprint: Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and diagrams to craft high-quality tech.

• Inspect & Test: Perform quality checks and test finished products to ensure zero defects.

• Track Success: Keep clear production logs and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing (preferred).

• Strong fine-motor skills and great hand-eye coordination for working with small parts.

• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and written guides.

• High School Diploma/GED and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• $18/hr Starting Pay with consistent full-time hours

• Pathway to Permanent Hire with client PTO and full benefits upon conversion
