Concrete Finisher

EZ Concrete LLC is seeking a Concrete Finisher to join our team in Camdenton, MO.

Position Summary

The Concrete Finisher will assist with preparing, placing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure strong, clean, and professional results. This role supports a reliable workflow on job sites while maintaining quality standards and safe work practices.

In this position, you will work closely with crew members to follow project expectations, troubleshoot common finishing challenges, and deliver consistent outcomes across residential and commercial concrete work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites and concrete surfaces, including setup, leveling, and smoothing to required specifications

• Finish concrete using appropriate techniques to achieve the desired texture, appearance, and structural requirements

• Support proper curing practices and site readiness throughout the project timeline

• Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and defects, and perform touch-ups as needed

• Maintain job site safety by following established procedures and using tools and materials responsibly

Required Qualifications

• Experience with concrete finishing or hands-on work supporting concrete installations

• Ability to follow instructions, job plans, and finishing standards with attention to detail

• Willingness to work on active job sites and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong reliability and punctuality to support crew schedules

• Basic understanding of job site safety practices and safe tool handling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with forming, finishing, and general concrete placement tasks

• Familiarity with curing processes and common finishing tools and methods

• Ability to read and interpret simple project requirements or finish specifications

• Demonstrated craftsmanship with a focus on clean edges, uniform surfaces, and consistent results
