Sales Operations Coordinator

We are searching for a Sales Operations Coordinator to provide onsite support for a gaming equipment manufacturer. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $22 to $24 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process daily sales orders — including direct sales, participations, leases, trials, and conversions — for gaming machines and systems, from initial entry through order close.
• Review order paperwork for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies before orders move forward.
• Perform secondary verification on all orders and route approved orders to manufacturing for fulfillment.
• Partner with Sales, Compliance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Accounting, and other internal teams to keep orders moving in line with company standards.
• Enter and manage orders within the company's internal order-processing system, and keep order-tracking logs updated in real time at every stage.
• Process order change requests and prepare related revenue recognition documentation.
• Gather supporting documentation and expense records for systems implementation, service, maintenance, training, and travel.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date Sales Operations files and records.
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment while following established department and company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of order processing experience, or equivalent — prior exposure to the gaming industry is a strong plus.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; comfort learning new order-management software.
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure as required by state regulation.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and the sound judgment to make timely, well-informed decisions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment, including extended periods at a computer workstation.
• A collaborative mindset with integrity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in growing within the gaming industry.
