ODRA is a small company with a casual environment and friendly people.Job SummaryAs an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical and electronic components in industrial systems. This role requires basic mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail. Training is provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructionsUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure all products are built and tested per documented proceduresInspect parts to ensure they meet company quality standardsAssist with the assembly and installation of electronic components in industrial systemsAssist with the assembly and installation hydraulic systemsInstall and wire control modules, electronic sensors, and electrical harnessesTroubleshoot and conduct functional testing of electronic and electrical systemsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications & SkillsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to use common shop toolsStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeWillingness to learn and take directionOverhead crane and forklift training an asset (training provided if needed)Experience in hydraulic and electrical systems is a plusWorking ConditionsFull-time, on-siteClean and safe work environmentRegular hours with occasional overtimeCompensation & BenefitsEmployer-paid benefits for employeePaid time offPaid training providedSafety boot allowanceCompany-paid uniformAll tools and equipment provided by ODRA
