We are committed to creating a positive workplace where employees feel supported, appreciated, and empowered to grow.What We OfferStarting pay of $20.00+ per hour, based on experience$250 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days of successful employment while in good standingFull-time benefits package including:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution401(k) with up to a 4% company matchPaid Time Off and paid vacationOpportunities for advancement as our community continues to expandBeautiful, modern work environment with updated equipmentPositive team culture with supportive leadershipMeaningful work where every day makes a differenceAvailable SchedulesWe are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time caregivers for the following shifts:Day: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMEvening: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PMNight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMScheduling flexibility is available based on business needs.What You'll DoAs an Assisted Living Caregiver or CNA, you'll help residents maintain their independence while providing compassionate support with daily routines and personal care.Responsibilities include:Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityEncourage residents to remain as independent as possible while providing appropriate assistanceSupport meal service, hydration, and medication reminders as directedBuild meaningful relationships with residents and their familiesMonitor resident well-being and promptly communicate any changes to the nursing teamDocument care accurately according to community policiesAssist with activities and encourage resident engagement and social interactionMaintain a clean, safe, and welcoming living environmentWork collaboratively with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident careWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for caring professionals who enjoy serving seniors and thrive in a team-oriented environment.Preferred qualifications include:Current CNA certification preferred, but not required for Caregiver positionsExperience as a Caregiver, CNA, Resident Assistant, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Direct Support Professional (DSP), or similar healthcare roleExperience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, Long-Term Care, Home Health, or Hospitality is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDependable, compassionate, and professional attitudeAbility to safely assist residents with walking, transfers, lifting, standing, repositioning, and wheelchair assistance throughout the shiftStart a Rewarding CareerIf you're passionate about helping seniors live comfortably, safely, and independently, we'd love to meet you.
