$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Filing & Docketing: Manage a heavy volume of litigation filings, ensuring every deadline is calendared with 100% accuracy.
- Litigation Lifecycle Management: Drive cases from initial filing through discovery and trial prep. You’ll oversee "the machine" to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with attorneys to determine the most cost-effective and aggressive paths to victory for clients.

- Client Advocacy: Act as a professional, empathetic point of contact for clients navigating complex employment disputes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Professional case management or paralegal experience in a fast-paced law firm environment (employment law, or other plaintiff-side work, such as personal injury, preferred), or as a personal injury case manager, or related jobs such as legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal, at a non-profit, law firm, or human services agency
- Skills: Strong legal drafting and research capabilities are critical. Effective organizational and communication skills, both written and oral, are a must.
