About the Role:
As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide Restorative Aide Leader, you will be responsible for providing restorative care to our residents, including exercises, transfers, and ambulation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care to meet their unique needs and goals. You will also be responsible for documenting resident progress and communicating with families and healthcare providers.
Restorative Aide Leader Responsibilities:
Provide restorative care to residents, including exercises, transfers, and ambulation
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
Develop and implement personalized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Document resident progress and communicate with families and healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and services
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of care and service to our residents
Restorative Aide Leader Requirements:
Current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of New York
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
