Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Job Description
HireCare Services is partnering with a leading skilled nursing facility in Warwick, RI to recruit a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
As a CNA, you will provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents while working alongside a dedicated nursing team in a supportive, resident-centered environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct care to residents in accordance with facility policies, care plans, and safe nursing practices
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Assist RNs, LPNs, and other nursing staff with daily duties and resident care
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing staff
Take and record vital signs and other resident information as directed
Document resident care accurately and in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Promote residents' comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence
Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team
Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, safety procedures, and facility policies
Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive resident experience
Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
Current, unencumbered Rhode Island CNA license
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact
Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Competitive salary: $19.00-$22.00 based on experience.
