As a Home Health Aide (HHA), You Will:

• Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence

• Build meaningful relationships by encouraging residents to socialize and participate in community activities

• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided

• Help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where residents can thrive

• Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, DSP, or HHA is preferred but not required

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for caring for older adults
