Provide compassionate, personalized care to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and daily routines while promoting dignity and independence
Build meaningful relationships by encouraging residents to socialize and participate in community activities
Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided
Help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment where residents can thrive
Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to deliver exceptional resident care
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, PCA, PCT, DSP, or HHA is preferred but not required
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Excellent communication skills and a passion for caring for older adults
