We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual mills, lathes, and boring mills, and the ability to read blueprints and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Operate manual lathes, mills, and boring mills
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Set up machines and select appropriate tooling
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of manual machining experience preferred
• Skilled in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Able to hold close tolerances (+/- .001”)
• Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, and machining best practices
• Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
