Job Summary:
Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency, is seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team in Port St. Lucie, FL. As a Care Connect at Home caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal prep and feeding, as well as light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and tidying
• Follow personalized care plans and report any changes in condition to our team
• Utilize Hoyer Lifts and other assistive devices as necessary
Requirements:
• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Hoyer Lift Experience (preferred)
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
