To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner
Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times
Ensure any documentation/appointment information etc. is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors
Inform facility of any changes in residents situation / plan
Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience.
