Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our 2nd shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA who is committed to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact in our community.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide vital care services such as medication management, vital sign monitoring, and mobility assistance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and understanding in all interactions with residents and their families
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
