-
Business Structure: Must operate as an independent business entity with a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) or SSN.
-
Insurance: Must maintain active General Liability insurance.
-
Physical Autonomy: Capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stretch, kneel, and stand for extended periods necessary to complete physical installations.
-
Pay Structure: Negotiated flat-rate per project, or paid on a per-square-foot metric matching our established contract tiers.
-
Flexible Scheduling: You control your own working hours, break times, and pacing, provided the project is completed by the pre-negotiated deadline.
-
Location Options: Projects can be executed within our climate-controlled facility, or completely on-site at client locations depending on your preference and project needs.
- Tax Documentation: A signed W-9 form and independent contractor agreement must be on file prior to the allocation of any project. You will receive a 1099-NEC for tax filing.
