Sterling Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is a long-term and short-term facility located in a lush and tranquil setting in Media, PA. Here at Sterling, we provide exemplary on-site services, including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike long-term care environment, managed under the expert direction of the director of nursing and medical team.

Key Responsibilities for CNAs:

• To provide care for the residents, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, and assisting with feeding as needed.

• To assist with ambulating, turning, and positioning the resident

• To follow the direction of the nurses and other licensed medical professionals.

• To be a flexible, caring, supportive member of the team

Qualifications:

• Must be an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferably in the state of Pennsylvania

• Previous Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to build rapport with our residents

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
