What You'll Be Doing:
As an HHA or CNA with Care Connect at Home, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Meal prep and feeding assistance
Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
Following personalized care plans
Reporting any changes in condition to our team
What We're Looking For:
If you're a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for caregiving, we encourage you to apply. To be considered for this role, you must:
Possess a Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
Hold CPR certification
Provide proof of a current TB test
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Have Hoyer Lift experience*
Be able to pass a Level II background check
Demonstrate dependability, compassion, and professionalism
