Schedule (Summer): Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule (Winter): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Perform residential carpentry work on new construction and remodeling projects.
- Build and install wall framing, floor systems, and roof structures.
- Install sheeting, siding, windows, and doors according to project specifications.
- Complete trim work and other finish carpentry tasks.
- Read and follow construction plans, measurements, and project instructions.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work with the construction team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous residential construction experience is required.
- Experience with framing, sheeting, siding, windows, doors, and trim work.
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install building materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle construction materials throughout the workday.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
