About the Role:
As a CNA with BrightCare HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Participating in vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our clients' healthcare providers
Maintaining a safe and clean environment, free from hazards and risks
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Louisiana
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and move clients with care and dignity
