5+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License
Strong knowledge of policy processing: renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products (Home, Auto, Umbrella)
Maintain accurate and current client files in the agency management system (Epic)
Gather underwriting information and prepare accurate quotes
Comfortable with comparative raters and carrier portals
