As a Prime Car Wash Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance, make needed equipment repairs, assist in new equipment installation and oversee functionality of the wash tunnel and equipment room. Responsible all facility needs at our (6) central Indianapolis locations.

This position requires an individual that is self-motivated, able to manage time, proficient at multi-tasking, and pays great attention to detail and safety. Salary range starts at $50,000 for the right individual.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE OR SKILLS:

• Basic hand tools storage, care, identification and tool control
• Weekly maintenance checklist to identify current and future maintenance issues
• Basics knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in piping and plumbing and associated tools
• Will work in a timely manner to fix all issues to keep car wash is good working order
• Ability to read blue print
• Identify, manage, and order all needed parts for repairs
• Keep facility in proper working order by inspecting building and grounds for maintenance issues
• Will be required to be on call after hours on a rotating schedule
• Manage monthly maintenance expense report
• Will keep company vehicle properly cleaned and maintained
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Additional duties may be assigned and required after proper training.
