You'll supervise the motor technicians as they repair equipment, monitoring their performance and ensuring they follow all safety protocols. You'll offer valuable feedback during annual employee reviews and provide on-the-job training as needed. If a team member needs help, you'll jump in to assist with what you can.In addition, you'll evaluate work orders, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling and inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, reassembling units, and conducting final performance tests.
