Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Help with medication management and administration

• Assist with mobility and transfers, including wheelchair use and bed mobility

• Provide companionship and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including household chores and laundry

• Collaborate with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client

• Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• 3+ years experience with clients suffering from dimentia, Parkinson's, and/or other progressive age-related conditions

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
