This role gives you the chance to make a real difference while building strong community partnerships.Position SummaryLeumas Residential is seeking a motivated and people-focused team leader to manage tenant relocations and resident services on behalf of the client, including planning and executing tenant moves, administering appropriate benefits for each relocating family unit, and leading a small team of short-term relocation specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point-of-contact with client organization.Serve as key intermediary between residents, client, and subcontractors.Implement resident engagement strategy and develop, track, and maintain tenant relocation files.Identify prospective Section 8 landlords in opportunity zones and connect our tenants with these landlords.Provide direct housing opportunity counseling to tenants to help them identify homes with access to quality school systems and job opportunities.Prepare documents and maintain tenant files for accuracy and completion throughout the relocation process.Identify and engage necessary subcontractors.Input QA/QC data and contribute to weekly/monthly reports.Conduct appropriate follow-up with tenants and client.Monitor project milestones and workplans.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and ADA Section 504 requirements.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in affordable housing nonprofit work, local government, or donor relations required.Minimum 1 year of prior management and administrative experience.Strong relationship-building and networking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, reporting, and time-management skills.Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.Must successfully pass a background check.Must be authorized to work in the United States.About Leumas ResidentialLeumas Residential was founded in 2003 and is a rapidly growing contractor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and with State and Local Public Housing Authorities.
