What you’ll do — fast facts

• Run and adjust conventional milling machines, including offsets
• Assemble cutters to holders and index inserts
• Use an overhead crane to load and unload parts
• Measure, verify, and document quality to spec and drawing
• Support troubleshooting with program, tooling, or machine issues
• Keep a clean, orderly work area and a helpful team attitude

Schedule & training

• On-site in Richmond, Illinois
• Training: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
• Regular schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am
• Overtime available as needed

Must-haves

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of machining experience
• Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and chip load
• Ability to read production drawings
• Willingness to work overtime
• On-site availability in Richmond, IL

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with FANUC CNC controls
• Prior industrial milling background
