The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client, a leading nonprofit organization in Buffalo, NY focused on community development. This agency provides housing services, financial counseling, and assistance programs to support individuals and families in achieving stable, affordable housing. It works closely with local partners to address housing needs, promote financial empowerment, and strengthen neighborhoods. In this role you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across residential properties to ensure safe and functional living environments. You will address work orders, troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep, and coordinate with property management to prioritize tasks. This position requires hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing quality service to residents.

Skills & Experience
Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 4 years relevant maintenance experience and/or training
- Valid driver’s license required
