Pay: Starting at $18.75/hour + shift premiums

Looking for a full-time manufacturing job with weekly pay and multiple shifts to choose from?
SourcePoint Staffing is hiring Machine Operators and Production Operators in Germantown. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but on-the-job training may be available for the right candidates.
This is a hands-on production position where you'll operate equipment, work with tools, inspect finished products, and help keep production moving.
What You'll Do
- Operate production and trimming equipment
- Load and unload machines
- Assist with machine setup and production processes
- Use basic measuring tools and hand tools
- Inspect products for quality
- Read work orders and production instructions
- Record production information
- Keep your work area safe and organized
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, packaging, machine operation, or forklift experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
