Machine Operator

**Job summary **

We are currently hiring for Machine Operator positions, including Conversion Technician and Embosser roles. These are hands-on manufacturing positions responsible for operating, setting up, and monitoring production equipment, performing machine adjustments and changeovers, inspecting finished products for quality, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues.

We are seeking a hands-on Conversion Technician to operate, set up, and troubleshoot converting equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role involves performing machine changeovers, loading materials, monitoring production, making equipment adjustments, inspecting finished products, and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Experience with film, plastics, printing, slitting, laminating, coating, or roll-to-roll equipment is a plus.

We are seeking a Films Technician – Embosser to operate and maintain embossing equipment used to produce specialty film products. Responsibilities include machine setup and changeovers, loading film, monitoring production, adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished products, and troubleshooting basic equipment issues. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Experience with film, plastics, embossing, converting, or roll-to-roll equipment is preferred.
