We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Per Diem to join our team!
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, to residents with a variety of needs and conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the registered nurse
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
