Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Observe and report patient conditions to our nursing staff, ensuring timely interventions and optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control procedures and performing vital tasks, such as vital sign monitoring and fall prevention
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and incident reports
Requirements:
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with minimal assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
