Quality Assurance

Join our team as a Quality Assurance professional and play a vital role in ensuring exceptional product quality! Perform detailed visual and mechanical inspections of manufactured goods and conduct comprehensive out-of-box evaluations of finished products straight from the production floor. When challenges arise, take charge by retraining staff to maintain excellence and drive continuous improvement.

Location: Mesquite, TX
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed on Fridays)
Pay rate: $14

Duties:
  1. Perform in-process and first-piece inspections.
  2. Conduct operational testing and visual inspections on parts/assemblies.
  3. Record inspection data on reporting documents.
  4. Train production staff when quality issues arise.
  5. Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  6. Support other departments during staff shortages or absences as needed.
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience.
  2. Bilingual (Spanish) required.
  3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  4. Knowledge of hand tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures, thickness gauges).
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  6. Resume and open to interviewing.
