Client Operations Coordinator -- Labels & Flexible Packaging
Job Description
Imagine starting your day at 8:00 a.m. in our Minneapolis HQ. You scan the overnight orders, compare each customer PO to its quote and specifications, and flag anything that could impact cost, timing, or quality. By mid-morning, you’ve aligned planning, manufacturing, and scheduling on ship dates, launched complete job orders, and reassured a customer that their change request is documented and on track.
After lunch, you’re orchestrating the movement of customer-owned materials and finished goods, working closely with shipping to get releases out the door. A quality concern comes in—you capture the details, route it to Sales and Quality, and circle back with the customer so they know we heard them and are resolving it. Before you wrap up around 4:30 p.m., you’ve issued a timely quote, filed it for easy retrieval, and referenced prior work to help the estimator plan profitably. It’s a day of details, communication, and follow-through—exactly the kind of rhythm you enjoy.
