Brinton Manor is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our exceptional team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or a newly certified graduate, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Available Positions
  • Full-Time

  • Part-Time

  • PRN (Per Diem)

Available Shifts
  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Pay

$17.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report changes in condition.

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning while promoting resident safety and comfort.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

  • Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.

  • CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Long-term care experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
