We are currently seeking State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs) to join our exceptional team of caregivers. If you are passionate about making a difference and providing top-quality care, we would love to meet you!
We’ve recently enhanced our shift differential structure to better support and reward our overnight team. Night shift staff now receive a competitive, simplified differential for the full shift, along with premium weekend pay!

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, behavior, or condition to nursing staff
Assist residents with meals and ensure proper hydration and nutrition
Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity in daily living activities
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made
Work collaboratively with nurses and other staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
Create a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents and their families
Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times
Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in Ohio required
Previous experience in long-term care or a healthcare setting preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable, dependable, and flexible with scheduling (including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed)

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A STNA:
To care and provide for assigned residents with daily routine nursing care under the direction of the Charged Nurse, RN/LPN
Perform all duties in accordance with facility, federal and state standards.
QUALIFICATIONS OF A STNA:
Must have an up to date STNA license.
