Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Manage medication and provide medical support as needed
Encourage and engage clients in various activities, such as exercise, hobbies, and socialization
Maintain accurate records of client care and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless client care and support
