Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff

• Assist with vital signs, feeding, and ambulation

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
