If you're adaptable, resourceful, and excited to work in a place where every day looks a little different, this is the role for you.What You'll Do:Perform preventive maintenance and hands-on troubleshooting on brewery equipmentWork with the maintenance team to prioritize, schedule, and complete repair tasksDiagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtimeSupport production staff with equipment setup, training, and running adjustmentsLog work orders accurately and on time in the maintenance systemEnsure safe, clean, and efficient operation of all packaging equipmentJuggle multiple projects while keeping a clean, organized workspaceWhat We're Looking For:2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferredMechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprintsTroubleshooting skills and confidence in handling rebuilds and overhaulsFlexibility to work a rotating on-call schedule (every 4–5 weeks)A collaborative mindset - independent worker who's also a great teammateProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong communication skills and a willingness to learn and growPhysical and Work Environment:Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (and 50 lbs to shoulder height)Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and around moving machineryAbility to work long periods on your feet in varying conditions and temperaturesWhy Join Us?This is more than a maintenance job - it's a chance to be part of a team that makes something people love.
